Hey I'm back to being active here. I already lost 15 lbs last summer, and now, being in decent shape, I want to get in even better shape and go from average to model fit! I'm aiming for 10 lbs more, healthy eating, cardio and strength! Hopefully I can motivate you and you guys can motivate me! :)
